Welcome to skagen-huset

 

Skagen-huset is a lovely house with central location in the city of Skagen. The house is situated close to the pedestrian area, the harbour, the beach and all the other activities of Skagen. The house is devided into 3 modernized flats. A beautiful shared garden with several sunspots belongs to the house.

 

Description

The apartments are 55-70 m2 with lovely bright living rooms, large light bedrooms and a smaller room. In addition to this new kitchens and recent bathrooms. Free access to the garden. There is  sleeping accommodation for a maximum of 6 persons in each flat.

 

The apartments contain:

  • Living room with sofa for 2 persons.
  • Dining table in the living room.

·        Bedroom with double bed.

·        Smaller bedroom with double bed.

·        Kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker, refrigerator etc.

·        Television set and music centre with CD player in the living room.

 

The garden:

  • Access to garden furniture and outdoor grill.

 

Prices:

In the period 27.06.2004 to 07.08.2004 the prices for one weeks stay are 4000 – 5500 DDK. In the period from 07.08.2004 to 04.09.2004 the prices are 3000-4000 DDK for one weeks stay. The price depends on which apartment you choose.
